This lavender infused rice while it cooks gives of such a lovely aroma. The rice is nice and fluffy and the lavender is not overpowering, it’s just perfect. I’ve made this with salmon and chicken curry but I think you can pare with anything. It definitely takes the boring out of rice with it’s hint of lavender and fluffyness.
